References
Length restrictions: no restrictions, except be reasonable (e.g., don't cite every paper ever published in the field of evolutionary computing)
List here in a consistent style all the references you cite in your paper.
Appendices (optional)
Length restrictions: no restrictions, except be reasonable (e.g., don't include material just for the sake of having more material)
For all the extraneous material that didn't fit in your paper proper but which you feel is important to include.
